Established in March 2018 as a majority-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Shenhe Investment Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Ferrotec Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Ferrotec) is a company empowered by state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities who specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of Cu-bonded ceramic substrates for power semiconductors (AMB, DCB, DPC, DBA, TMF), and raw materials for the substrate supply chain. With Shanghai Ferrotec Power Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Ferrotec), Sichuan Ferrotec Power Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Ferrotec Power Semiconductor Technology R&D Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ferrotec International Trading Co., Ltd., and branches in Japan, Europe, and Malaysia, Jiangsu Ferrotec has seen its substrates widely applied in power electronics and high-power electronic modules with stringent performance requirements, including electric vehicles, wind power, locomotive traction systems, and high-voltage DC transmission devices, with its sales outlets spanned across nearly 20 countries globally.

In 2021, mobilizing a professional R&D team Ferrotec established Jiangsu Fulehua Power Semiconductor Research Institute with a mission to provide various solutions from from research on power semiconductor materials to breakthroughs in power semiconductor techniques, and packaging testing of power semiconductors, which has addressed the industry’s bottleneck in China, and contributed to the development of the power electronics, and new material industries.
Approximately 88% of Ferrotec’s workforce is under the age of 40, forming a young, composed, and experienced team. Together, we will contribute our efforts and energy to the development of the semiconductor industry.
